Mind + Body + Spirit in Motion

NEW TO MERKABA? START HERE
Whether you’re new to Pilates or have practiced elsewhere, we ask all new clients to begin with one of the following entry options before joining ongoing classes:
Three Foundations classes, or
Three Foundations: Gentle Pace classes (recommended for clients planning to move into Slow Flow classes), or
Three private sessions
These initial sessions give us time to get to know your body, understand how you move, and make sure we’re on the same page with language, breath, and alignment. Pilates teaching styles, equipment, and cueing can vary widely between studios, and this process helps ensure that your experience at Merkaba Pilates is safe, supportive, and effective from the start.
After completing your initial sessions, we’ll help you transition into the classes or sessions that best support your goals
.Special Intro Offers:
Three Foundations classes for $85 (regularly $120)
Private session package — 3 sessions for $180 (regularly $270)
If you have extensive Pilates experience and are wondering which option is the best fit, we’re happy to talk it through with you. Please contact the studio with any questions — we’re here to help guide you.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
At Merkaba Pilates, movement is an intentional practice that brings mind, body, and spirit into balance. Each session supports mindful strength, ease of movement, and confidence in your body.
We see Pilates as more than exercise—it's a way to restore balance, cultivate ease, and reconnect with your body. Through thoughtful movement, you'll develop not only physical vitality but also a deeper sense of calm and clarity.
Inspired by the Merkaba, a symbol of harmony between body, mind, and spirit, we treat each session as a chance to move with intention and awareness. Our goal is simple: to help you feel grounded and strong, in and out of the studio.

"I started Pilates class with Tina 2 years ago and I became addicted to the way it made me feel. Tina knew more about my body and what was needed than my physical therapist. In fact he released me from care to continue Pilates with her."
-Jeanette L.
"Tina is amazing! Her classes are challenging, fun, and always leave me feeling stronger. I'm so excited for her new studio - it's going to be incredible!"
-Trish C.
"Me and my husband Glenn began taking Pilates over a year ago from Tina. I was told that it is important to find an instructor who can tailor the program to your specific needs. We hit the jackpot with Tina. Not only is she a great instructor but she takes Pilates to a whole new level. It is really a pleasure to go to her class and enjoy the workout "
